Perhaps our favorite stage of the process, greenware is the term for clay in its raw form, after it has been formed into a piece for use or viewing. While it has not been fired it is far more fragile than Glass and will crumble at the slightest bump…but as the moisture leaves the clay it begins to go through color phases and the raw, organic material is very beautiful in our opinion.
